The policy is limited to liability for only those claims that are first made against the insured and reported to the company during the policy period.

A. Seller’s Liability Protection is a policy endorsement that provides the home seller with legal defense and indemnification in the event the buyer files a lawsuit against the seller. It works in much the same fashion as your Realtor ® E&O Insurance. It is available to you to offer your sellers when you maintain E&O insurance through our company and the transaction closes with an approved Home Warranty.
